RSCA Pool Ballot Results
The Pool Ballots have been tabulated by a three-person team consisting of two RSCA Directors and a representative of Sterling ASI. The results were that 54% of the community voted to cancel the Pool Agreement, and 46% of the community voted to keep the Pool Agreement in place.
A total of 150 homes participated in the vote, representing 64% of the total Royal Shores homes. Of the 150 Ballots returned, 41 were from Lake Ridge residents, 51 were from Regal Point residents, and 58 were from Courts residents.
The Royal Shores Board of Directors appreciates the level of interest shown by residents from each of the three living areas who completed and returned their ballots timely, resulting in a high level of voter participation.
