B.O.P.A. Collection this Saturday, October 23rd.
Batteries, oil, latex paint, antifreeze

9 am � 1 pm
Accept: batteries (lead acid automotive, NiCad, Lithium Ion & Rechargeable batteries), used oil (motor and cooking, 15 gal limit/each), latex paint (15 gal limit, no oil based), antifreeze (15 gal limit), appliances and scrap metal (refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners)
No need to bring EMPTY latex paint cans or those that have HARDENED. These can be thrown away with your household garbage.
Ends promptly at 1pm. Must present driver�s license or water bill as proof of city of Houston residency.
Not accepted: Alkaline Batteries, Oil base paint, paint without labels, household hazardous waste/chemicals, business waste, medical waste, radioactive waste, pcb�s, dioxins, ammunition, explosives, compressed gas cylinders, smoke detectors, household trash or tires.
All containers must have lids, be sturdy, non-leaking, labeled and protected from breakage. Do not bag items.
Electronics will NOT be accepted. Monthly electronics recycling held every 1st Saturday in Kingwood.
