New ManagementCompany, Director Position Announcement, & Pool Passes
Effective April 1, 2015, the Royal Shores Community Assoc.,
Inc. (RSCAI) will be changing management companies from Sterling ASI to Kingwood
Association Management (KAM). The board
of RSCAI would like to thank Leigh Pollard and Andrea Montes for their service
to our community for the past two years.

Also effective April 1st, Larry Combs has resigned from the Board of Directors of RSCAI. Larry was
originally elected during the first resident election for the Board in June
2012. We wish Larry the best in thefuture and thank him for his contributions to the association.
Pursuant to the governing documents of the RSCAI, effective
April 1st, the Board is pleased to announce the addition of HenryOndrusek to the Board of Directors. Henry was also elected to the Board in the initial resident election in
June 2012 and we welcome him back to the Board of Directors to fill the
remaining portion of Comb’s term in office.
